Respect the Rules, Create a Better Community!

• Quiet between 23:00-07:00(No loud music, loud voice,house-working etc)
• Follow the pool-rules posted at the outdoor shower.
• Switch off the jacuzzi after use.
• Clean up after yourself outdoors (Throw away rubbish, take down umbrella and put furniture back)
• Do NOT throw anything from the balcony (cigarettes, rubbish etc)
• Do not splash water over the balcony.
• Do not store anything in the corridors (shoes included).
• Take good care of equipment and furniture that we have invested in.
• At MelaniHus there are both permanent residents and holiday guests.
• Use common sense and pay attention.
